It’s important to notarize important documentation to avoid incidences of fraud. A notary’s seal is necessary to ensure that the correct person and/or persons has signed a given document, and the person or persons were properly identified with acceptable identification in the state and county of signing at a given place and time. Many documents must have notary seals and certifications including deeds, mortgage loans, powers of attorney, living wills and trusts. I am able notarize a wide variety of real estate, medial and legal documents, including what’s listed here, and any other important documents.
